A query is a method of getting answers to questions on data. It is used to retrieve selective data satisfying specific criteria.

Forms allow you to add and update data in a table, one record at a time, while reports are an effective way to present data in printed format. You can customize the appearance of tabular data on a report.

3. How can you specify multiple conditions while designing a query?

Specifying the condition in the Criteria row for more than one field will result in a query that will select only those records that meet all the conditions.

4. What is the use of Print Preview and Design View of a report?

Print Preview view displays the report as it will appear after printing. In design View it displays only the structure of your report. In this view you cannot see the underlying data, but you can perform some tasks such as editing header and footer of the columns and page.

5. What is the use of the Layout View and Design View of a form?

Layout View – You can view the data and make changes in the form, such as changing the size of the various controls.
